Part 7 - Underachievers or Overachievers
I want to talk about mindset or the level of ambition and drive required to buy and sell used cars for profit.
Quite frankly there are four types of people that choose to buy and sell used cars and make profit the first is a middle class individual that wants more income perhaps he has a job or a small business and he or she quite often flips a used car to supplement income the second type is the lazy type the person who barley works at all, the person who simply puts a few hour in buy and preparing a used car for sale and then just a few minutes on the actual sale of the car this person makes more money then a full time minimum wage individual and still has all the freedom in the world the third type is a person who buys and sell used cars and makes profit purely out of need perhaps he was down sized or lost his wife in these very challenging economic times maybe he wants extra income to put his baby girl through collage this guy is not afraid of hard work and is willing to invest his entire work week in exchange for a substantial income. The fourth kind of person is the animalistic very driven overachiever type that works all day and all night this person is like a shark when it smells blood it goes even faster this person usually uses the business of buying and selling used cars for a profit as a spring board into other and more full time businesses like a new car full size car dealership yes many new car dealers started out this very way, this type of person works day and night and if he or she were to open a buy center they would soon figure out a way to open another one and yet another and or create a franchise or licensing opportunity.
I feel the point is whether you are the laid back surfer type or a wild entrepreneur or a bit down on your luck and willing to rebuild and grow or a young lady working her way through med school you can maintain your dignity be your own person and be your own boss.
